Payment Dates (per person)
  • $500.00 Deposit at time of booking
  • November 24, 2018 = Final Balance Required
  • All payments must be made with a valid credit card.
Group Terms & Conditions
  • Fares are in currency noted depending on residency, per person, based on double occupancy; cruise only, subject to availability, capacity controlled, may be limited to residency, and may expire. Gov’t fees and taxes of $150 CAD or $110.96 USD are per person and included in rates listed (taxes subject to change). Contact Carine for single, triple, quad rates.
  • Flights, transfers, gratuities, hotel or insurance costs are not included
  • Pre-cruise hotel and transfer extras will become available at a later date.
  • The Cruiseline reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement of up to $10 per person per day on all passengers if the West Texas Intermediate fuel price exceeds $65 per barrel, even if the fare has already been paid in full. The “Fine Print” for Cancellations / Changes
  • Travel Insurance is NON REFUNDABLE
  • Cancellations prior to NOV 24, 2018 will result in deposits refunded (admin fee applies)
  • Changes are allowed prior to NOV 24, 2018 and subject to a $100+tax admin fee plus applicable fare difference.  No changes after this date. 
  • Cancellations between NOV 24 2018 and JAN 26, 2019 will result in 50% forfeiture 
  • Cancellations between JAN 27, 2019 to FEB 23, 2019 will result in 75% forfeiture
  • 100% forfeiture to cancel FEB 24, 2019 onward or for “no-shows”
  • All Cancellations and changes will result in $100+tax admin fee per guest charged separately
